I loved this Christmas! It was the first year that Kemper really believed in Santa. We had a pajama and movie and popcorn night on Christmas Eve and slept in the basement so Santa could bring our presents. Kemper got sooo much for Christmas! We haven't even had 3 or 4 of our Christmas' yet! I was really bummed that I didn't get to go home to see my friends and family, but other than that, I had a great Christmas. Kemper definitely had a great one! We have had tons of snow, (way too much actually!), and we spent lots of time making Christmas cookies, puppy chow, Snickerdoodles, Banana bread and fudge. Kemper loved leaving cookies and milk out for Santa.

Christmas at grandma Twila's house. Here is Kemper, Logan, and Tucker in front of the Christmas tree, with Uncle Brandon in the background.
At Grandma Twila's. Kemper got a buzz lightyear, some clothes from baby gap, lots of cars and candy, a huskers truck, some animals for his farm, a savings bond, and a toy laptop. Mommy and Daddy also got lots of good stuff.
Christmas at our house! Kemper and his John Deere barn. Kemper smiled and said "Santa got it right!"
Kemper hugging his stocking. It was filled with a soft stuffed puppy, a slinky, some dominos, candy, and a bunch of farm toys that make noise.
Presents! Kemper got a gun, some tractors and trailers, a lot of fence, buckets and hay, a ton of new cows, a couple horses, 2 barns (one of which was homemade by daddy), and a doctor play set.
Santa also redid Kempers room. He got John Deere bedding for both of the bunk beds.
He also got new curtains and lightswitch and outlet covers.
Christmas at Grandma Cindy's and Grandpa Tim's. Here is Kemper and Logan standing by their workbenches. Kempers is the red craftsman one.
Kemper opening his presents. He got some trucks, tractors, pajamas, a spider man shaving kit, clothes, a mickey mouse book and guitar, more candy and cars.
Daddy and mommy got lots too, including a dryer and a crock pot! :)

I'm 23! (Unless you ask my little brother, he says I'm five. :)) I have had a great day! My mom even remembered my birthday! Grandma Twila came over this morning and brought me a cute blue sweater and a cute shirt. Then, Drew took me out to lunch in Kansas and we did some Christmas shopping. He got me the movie "The Hangover". Then, we picked Kemper up from Grandma's house, and we watched Rudolf and Frosty the Snowman. Drew and Kemper made me a steak dinner. Yummy!
Kemper and Drew making my birthday cake with my new mixer! (That was a another early birthday present from Drew's mom.)
Yummy! Devil's food cake with chocolate frosting! Kemper was so excited all day about getting to make a cake.
My present! A cupboard for all my coffee and stuff that matches the wall hangings in my kitchen!
Kemper was singing me his own rendition of the happy birthday song.
Chocolate face! ;)
Drew and Duke couldn't take all the excitement... asleep at 7:30. :)

Last night, Drew took me out for our anniversary. We went and saw the movie 'Brothers' in St. Joseph, Missouri, and went out to eat. (Yay for Strawberry Mango Margaritas!) When we got home, Drew went and picked Kemper up from Grandma Twila's while I hid some Christmas presents. When Drew walked in the door, he said, "Well, we had a talk on the way over here." And I asked, "Why, was he being naughty?" Drew said, "No, I had to ask him something, and now I have something to ask you... *dropped to one knee* Will you marry me?" (Isn't that cute that he asked Kemper for permission first?) Then Kemper looked at me and asked me if me if I was happy, (because I was balling) and I of course said yes. Yay!!!
It's heart shaped, isn't that romantic?
We have had lots of fun playing in all of this snow. Although, I was really upset that the snow was way too powdery to make a snow man. :( Kemper and Duke had lots of fun, though.
Trying to stay warm.
Duke loves the snow!

Last night, Drew's mom came over to bring me my birthday present.
Cindy got us some personalized ornaments from the craft show. Here is some cute reindeer with our names and Xmas 09. So cute!
Here is a big K for Kemper. you can't really tell, but it says Kemper in the bottom corner. :)
My birthday present. It's shiny, so I couldn't get a good picture of it. Its got a star and swirlies in the middle. It says dream on the side. I love it! Thanks Tim and Cindy!
Looks like Duke is ready for Christmas too!

Our house looks beautiful. Drew put the blue icicle lights up around the house and porch and they look great! Grandma Twila gave us a ton of decorations, and now I'm wondering - did I go overboard? This isn't even half of it! I love Christmas!
Here is our Christmas Tree! Grandma Twila gave us this too. It took me forever to figure out how to get the lights to work! Kemper helped me decorate!
Tons of cute Snowman decorations from Grandma!
Blue is my favorite Christmas color, so Grandma Twila gave me some cute blue snowmen!
